WSJ Calls Softbank/Sprint (S) Talks "Advanced"

A new Wall Street Journal report is giving more credence to earlier reports from Nikkei that Japan's Softbank is in talks to acquire Sprint (NYSE: S).
The Journal is calling the talks "advanced" and said a deal is expected to exceed 1 trillion yen, or $12.81 billion.
While higher, shares of Sprint are off the highs of the session. Shares last traded at $5.60, up 11%.
