Giga-tronics Incorporated (NASDAQ: GIGA) 35.2% HIGHER; reports Q3 non-GAAP EPS of $0.15, compared to $0.22 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $4.62 million, versus $3.69 million in Q308.
Revlon, Inc. (NYSE: REV) 33.3% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.45, which does not compare to the analyst estimate of ($0.16). Revenue for the quarter was $326.2 million, which compares to the estimate of $313.50 million.
Gramery (NYSE: GKK) 29% HIGHER; correcting today after two days of double-digit-percentage losses on Tuesday and Wednesday. Could be moving higher on strong earnings across the group.
The Timberland Company (NYSE: TBL) 28.1% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.68, versus the analyst estimate of $0.45. Revenue for the quarter was $421.77 million, which compares to the estimate of $386.28 million.
Radio One, Inc. (Nasdaq: ROIAK) 27% HIGHER; reports Q3 EPS of $0.25, compared to a loss of $2.81 in Q308. Revenue for the quarter was $75.50 million, compared to $86.16 million in the same quarter last year.
K-Sea Transportation (NYSE: KSP) 18.9% LOWER; continuing lower today following Q1 results yesterday morning. The stock was downgraded two-notches to Underperform at Wells Fargo today.
PMI Group (NYSE: PMI) 18.7% HIGHER; the mortgage and life insurers are moving sharply higher today following solid earnings from Lincoln National (NYSE: LNC).
Cytokinetics, Inc. (NASDAQ: CYTK) 17.8% LOWER; reports Q3 loss of $0.14, versus the analyst estimate of ($0.22). Revenue for the quarter was $5.5 million, which compares to the estimate of $2.93 million.
First Solar, Inc. (NASDAQ: FSLR) 16.4% LOWER; reports Q3 EPS of $1.79, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of $1.73. Revenue for the quarter was $480 million, which compares to the estimate of $528.78 million. Sees FY09 Revs of $1.975 - $2.025 billion, versus $2 billion previously. The stock was downgraded at Wedbush, BofA and Caris this morning.
