Universal Compression Partners, L.P. (Nasdaq: UCLP) announced a cash distribution of $0.35 per unit, or $1.40 per unit on an annualized basis, payable on May 15, 2007 to unitholders of record at the close of business on May 10, 2007. The distribution reflects the partnership's minimum quarterly distribution and covers the time period from January 1, 2007 through March 31, 2007.
Universal Compression Partners was formed by Universal Compression Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: UCO) to provide natural gas contract compression services to customers throughout the United States. Universal Compression Holdings owns approximately 51% of Universal Compression Partners.
