Servidyne (Nasdaq: SERV) today announced that it has acquired Atlantic Lighting and Supply Company. The acquisition brings Servidyne more than 1,250 new lighting customers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Atlantic Lighting and Supply is a distributor of cutting-edge energy efficient lighting products.
Servidyne, Inc. and its subsidiaries provide energy, infrastructure, and productivity management solutions; and commercial real estate investment and development services.
