Servidyne (Nasdaq: SERV) reports Q1 loss of $0.19, compared to a loss of $0.23 in the same quarter last year. Revenue for the quarter was $4.629 million, versus $3.516 million in Q108.
The company also announced a 50% reduction in its quarterly dividend from $0.02 to $0.01 per common share, payable on October 12, 2009, to shareholders of record on September 25, 2009.
