Servidyne (Nasdaq: SERV) today reported that the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend in the amount of $0.02 per share, the Company's 120th consecutive quarterly dividend, payable on July 8, 2009, to shareholders of record on June 18, 2009.
In order to receive the dividend, investors must own the stock at least one day prior to the ex-dividend date of June 16.
The dividend currently yields 3.80%.
