SRA International, Inc. (NYSE: SRX) today announced it has acquired Interface & Control Systems, Inc., a product development and engineering services firm specializing in real-time, embedded and autonomous command and control software systems for space applications.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed but the completition is effective immediately.
SRA International, Inc. provides technology and strategic consulting services and solutions in the United States.
