According to reports from Lightreading.com, Tellabs (Nasdaq: TLAB) is considering acquiring Carrier Access (Nasdaq: CACS) for around $7 per share, citing two sources close to the situation.
The report said, while Tellabs interest had cooled in recent weeks, the deal never died, and it now looks close to happening. Link
