Red Hat, Inc. (NYSE: RHT) has acquired business process management (BPM) technology developed by Polymita Technologies S.L. The deal accelerates Red Hat’s entry into the BPM software segment and augments its JBoss Enterprise Middleware integration software offerings.
Red Hat does not expect that this transaction will have a material impact on its financial statements for its fiscal year ending February 28, 2013.
