O2Diesel Corporation (AMEX: OTD), a pioneer in clean burning renewable ethanol diesel fuel blends, announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of YellTec GmbH., a German company which specializes in biofuels distribution. YellTec is focused on small to medium size truck fleets and operates an exclusively German based network of its own strategically located fueling points with sales estimated to be approximately EUR 34 million or $50 million at current exchange rates for the year ended December 31, 2007.
