NMS Communications Corp. (NASDAQ: NMSS) announced the sale of its AccessGate business to Verso Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: VRSO).
Under the terms of the agreement, Verso acquired the business and associated assets and liabilities for total consideration of $3.35 million, including $850,000 of cash and $2.5 million of Verso common stock.
