Kennametal Inc. (NYSE: KMT) announced today that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of the assets of Tricon Metals & Services, Inc. This business will be known as Kennametal Tricon Metals & Services and will be part of Kennametal's Advanced Materials Solutions Group (AMSG) business.
Kennametal, Inc. manufactures and sells tooling, engineered components, and advanced materials used in production processes.
