Ikanos Communications, Inc., (Nasdaq: IKAN) announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Doradus Technologies Inc., a developer of advanced signal processing products for communications and consumer applications.
Upon completion of the transaction, Ikanos will be adding a team of 7 engineers at its facilities in Fremont, California. Additional details on the acquisition will be provided during Ikanos' Second Quarter 2006 Financial Results conference call and webcast scheduled for Monday, July 31, 2006, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
