Hewitt (HEW) To Sell Cyborg Business to Vista Equity Partners
Hewitt Associates, Inc. (NYSE: HEW) today announced it has agreed to sell assets which are related to its Cyborg business, a licensed payroll and HR software services organization, to Vista Equity Partners for an undisclosed amount.
Currently, Hewitt's Cyborg business provides licensed, processed and hosted payroll software services to a number of organizations in the U.S., Canada and the UK.
Hewitt Associates, Inc. provides human resource benefits, outsourcing, and consulting services in the United States, the United Kingdom, and internationally.
