Gentiva Health Services, Inc. (Nasdaq: GTIV) announced the acquisition of North Mississippi Hospice, based in Oxford, Mississippi. Founded in 2006, North Mississippi Hospice has offices in Tupelo, Oxford and Southaven, Mississippi.
The transaction is being funded from Gentiva's cash reserves and is not expected to have a material impact on the Company's financial results.
