After rising 168% yesterday, Forbes Medi-Tech Inc. (Nasdaq: FMTI) issued a statement after the close on the stock activity. Forbes Medi said, "there has been no material change in the Company's affairs since its last press release. Forbes further stated that there are no material corporate developments that would explain the recent market activity in the Company's common stock."
