Dice Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: DHX) has purchased the assets of FINS.com and entered into an exclusive partnership with Dow Jones & Company to provide and operate the online career centers for WSJ.com and MarketWatch.com in the United States.
The companies have entered into a six-month transition agreement under which Dow Jones will operate FINS.com on behalf of the Company. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
