Deutsche Bank downgraded AMERIGROUP (NYSE: AGP) from Buy to Hold with a price target of $92.00 (from $83.00).
Deutsche analyst said, "...the company has agreed to be acquired by WellPoint (NYSE: WLP)(Buy) for $92 per share. We are moving our rating to Hold with the stock now trading within 3% of the deal valuation."
