Dell, Inc. (NASDAQ: DELL) saw a little squeak of upside today as at least one shareholder thinks its getting a raw deal as Dell looks to go private.
CNBC is saying Tuesday afternoon that holder Pzena thinks Dell shareholders should be getting at least $20 per share and will vote against any other proposal. Records show that Pzena holds 14.4 million Dell shares, or 0.8 percent stake, putting it 18th on the ownership list.
Dell has been firmly up over 1 percent Tuesday.
