Connecticut Water (CTWS) Agrees to Acquire Ellington Acres Company for $1.495M

The Connecticut Water Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Connecticut Water Service, Inc. (NASDAQ: CTWS), today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to purchase all issued and outstanding shares of the Ellington Acres Company for $1.495 million.

EAC is a regulated water utility company that provides water service to approximately 750 customers, or approximately 2,300 people in the town of Ellington, Connecticut.

Connecticut Water Service, Inc., through its subsidiaries, operates as a regulated water company in Connecticut.
