Shares of Cellcom Israel (NYSE: CEL) are under pressure Monday as the company denied rumors its controlling shareholder Nochi Danker has held discussions with David Azrieli of Azrieli group related to a possible sale of the company.
The stock last traded at $6.31, down more than 9 percent from Friday's closing price.
