Amid market chatter today, there's another estimate out on the upcoming Dell, Inc. (Nasdaq: DELL) deal. CNBC's David Faber still sees the PC giant going private at $3.50 to $14 per share. This is lower than prior expectations of $15 to $16, but given that Dell has been stuck at just above $13 over the last few weeks, the expectation might hold true.

Dell shares are up 3.5 percent Friday.
