Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMY) Agrees to Acquire ZymoGenetics (ZGEN) for $9.75/Share
Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (NYSE: BMY) enters agreement to acquire ZymoGenetics, Inc. (NASDAQ: ZGEN) for $9.75 per share in cash, or a total consideration of $885 million, $735 million net of acquired cash.
ZGEN's Board recommends that shareholders tender their shares in the offer.
In addition, shareholders holding approximately 37% of the outstanding shares of ZymoGenetics’ common stock have entered into agreements with Bristol-Myers Squibb to support the transaction and to tender their shares in the offer.
