Shares of Amylin (Nasdaq: AMLN) are on the move over the last minute of trade as Bloomberg is reporting the company has received first-round bids from Sanofi (NYSE: SNY) and Merck (NYSE: MRK). Offers are rumored to be due today. Takeda and Bristol-Myers (NYSE: BMY) are also said to be planning bids for Amylin.
