French President, Nicolas Sarkozy, was behind in the latest polls out of France on Friday. The polls are predicting a victory for Franois Hallande, who favors stimulus in Europe rather than austerity. The U.S. market is reacting negatively, with simultaneous selloffs in stocks and the Euro.

iShares MSCI France Index (NYSE: EWQ) is down 1.5% at last check.
