Wintrust Financial (Nasdaq: WTFC) announced the appointment of Richard A. Davis as Chairman & CEO, Michael P. Trimarco as Executive Vice President & Senior Lender, and Roy F. Picciuca as Executive Vice President of St. Charles Bank & Trust Company ("St. Charles Bank"). Most recently with Harris Bank, N.A., Messrs. Davis, Trimarco and Picciuca were senior leaders in the middle-market commercial banking segment for key suburban Chicago markets and each brings more than twenty years of commercial and retail banking experience.
