Vasomedical Inc. (OTCBB: VASO) Chief Financial Officer, Thomas W. Fry, resigned from that position. Mr. Fry will continue to act as a consultant to the Company. Tricia Efstathiou, Controller of the Company for in excess of five years, was appointed its Chief Financial Officer.
Vasomedical, Inc. is primarily engaged in designing, manufacturing, marketing and supporting EECP external counterpulsation systems based on the Company's unique proprietary technology. EECP therapy is a noninvasive, outpatient therapy for the treatment of diseases of the cardiovascular system currently used for chronic stable angina and heart failure.
