Time Warner Cable, Inc. (NYSE: TWC) CEO Glenn Britt said to step down at end of 2013, according to the WSJ on Friday.
UPDATE - The WSJ cited a personal familiar with the situation on the news.
When Time Warner was asked, a spokesperson said, "lenn Britt is currently under contract with Time Warner Cable. If and when that changes we will announce it."
COO Rob Marcus is pinned as the most likely candidate to succeed Britt.
Shares of Time Warner are down 0.7 percent on the session
