Torchmark Corporation (NYSE: TMK) nnounced that Co-CEOs Gary Coleman and Larry Hutchison have been elected to Torchmark's Board of Directors effective August 1, 2012. Coleman and Hutchison, who were appointed as Co-CEOs effective June 1, 2012, will stand for re-election along with all other Torchmark directors, at the annual shareholders' meeting on April 25, 2013.
