Ship Finance International Limited (NYSE: SFL) has employed Ole B. Hjertaker as the new Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of its management company. He is currently serving as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") of the Company, and will assume his new role with effect from July 1, 2009.
