Rainmaker (RMKR) Appoints Mallorie Burak as CFO

Rainmaker Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ: RMKR) has appointed Mallorie Burak as the company's Chief Financial Officer, effective January 24, 2013.
Ms. Burak will be responsible for all of the company's finance operations, which will be migrated to Rainmaker's Silicon Valley headquarters in Campbell, CA. Ms. Burak will succeed Timothy Burns, who is assisting with the finance migration from his office at the company's Austin, Texas, facility. Upon the completion of the transition, Mr. Burns intends to leave the company to pursue other interests in the Austin area.
She will join Rainmaker from Foodlink, where she was Chief Financial Officer.
