Pepco Holdings (POM) Announces A New CFO

Pepco Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: POM) announced that Anthony J. Kamerick has been elected Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective June 13, 2009, to replace Paul H. Barry who resigned today to pursue other opportunities.

I expect a very smooth transition," said Joseph M. Rigby, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer. "Paul is a talented senior executive and was instrumental in several of the Company's key strategic and financial initiatives. We wish Paul the best as he moves on to other opportunities. We are especially appreciative of his efforts and the results produced since he joined the Company in September 2007."
