PHAZAR (Nasdaq: ANTP) today announced that on July 11, James Miles, the company's Chairman, President and CEO, resigned from his positions in order to devote more time to other unrelated business and personal investment interests.
PHAZAR's Board expects to appoint successors in the near future.
