Multi-Color Corporation (NASDAQ: LABL) declared the Company's quarterly cash dividend for the third quarter of fiscal year 2010 of $0.05, or $0.20 annualized.
The dividend is payable December 1, 2009, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 16, 2009. The ex-dividend date is November 12, 2009.
Yield on the dividend is 1.6%.
