Sees FY09 revs of $8.3 billion, versus the consensus of $8.2 billion, and EPS of $0.71-$0.76, which includes $0.06-$0.08 dilution, versus the consensus of $0.66.
BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. (Nasdaq: BMRN) 27% LOWER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.27, 1 cent better than the analyst estimate of $0.26. Revenue for the quarter was $99.3 million, versus the consensus of $106.12 million. Sees FY09 revs of $307-$336 million, versus the consensus of $369 million. Also, a number of firms downgraded the stock today.
Benihana Inc. (NASDAQ: BNHNA) 22% HIGHER; reports Q3 loss of $0.28, compared to a gain of $0.19 in the same quarter last year. On an ex-items basis, the company reported a gain of $0.09. Revenue for the quarter was $67.2 million, versus $69.8 million in Q308. Same store sales fell 11.9% during the quarter.
Exactech (Nasdaq: EXAC) 22% HIGHER; reports Q4 EPS of $0.26, 6 cents better than the analyst estimate of $0.20. Revenue for the quarter was $40.3 million, versus the consensus of $39.93 million. Exactech sees Q1 EPS of $0.24-$0.26, versus the consensus of $0.20. Sees Q1 revenues of $42-$45 million, versus the consensus of $43.8 million.
Sprint Nextel Corp. (NYSE: S) 20% HIGHER; reports a Q4 loss of $0.01, versus the consensus of a $0.03 loss. Revenues came in at $8.4 billion, versus the consensus of $8.55 billion.
