Modine Manufacturing Company (NYSE: MOD) announced today that, effective immediately, Kathleen T. Powers has been named Vice President, Treasurer and Investor Relations. She will be responsible for Modine’s global treasury and investor relations functions, including capital structure, liquidity, cash management, risk management, and investor communications.
Prior to joining Modine, Powers served as Director of Global Treasury for Diversey, Inc. in Sturtevant, WI, and previously served in a variety of financial leadership roles for CNH Global, CNH Capital and Case Corporation.
