On August 14, 2012 the Board of Directors of LookSmart, Ltd. (Nasdaq: LOOK) appointed Scott Kauffman as Chairman of the Board, taking over the responsibilities of such position from Jean-Yves Dexmier.
Also on August 14, 2012, the Board appointed Timothy Wright as Chair of the Compensation Committee of the Board, taking over the responsibilities of such position from Scott Kauffman.
