Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc.(Nasdaq: KTOS), a leading National Security Solutions provider, announced today that Richard Poirier has been promoted to President of its newly formed Electronic Products Division. In this position, Mr. Poirier will report directly to Eric DeMarco, Kratos' President and CEO. The promotion supports Kratos' enhanced focus on strategic priority areas, including electronic warfare, electronic attack, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) and tactical and strategic missile systems. Major programs Kratos' Electronic Products Division is currently supporting include the EA-18G Growler, P8a-Poseidon, BAMS, AEGIS, Rivet Joint, Iron Dome, Arrow, David's Sling, Patriot, AMRRAM and Trident.
