KIT digital (KITD) Names New Accounting Chief and Internal Audit Director

KIT digital, Inc. (Nasdaq: KITD), announced two senior appointments to its corporate finance team as previously announced during its Q1 2012 earnings call.

Avi T. Aronovitz has been named Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer. He is responsible for consolidated accounting and financial reporting, direct oversight over the Regional Corporate Controller function, and improving financial systems and processes across the Company. He will report directly to the CFO.

Aronovitz joins the Company with more than 20 years of financial, transactional and industry experience, and significant GAAP and SEC experience. He previously held positions at Citrin Cooperman & Company, LLP, Tatum, LLC, and Comverse Technology, Inc., and over his career has held CFO and senior financial positions in industries including software, telecommunications and manufacturing & distribution. He received his BS in Accounting from Yeshiva University, Syms School of Business.

Steve LoGiudice has been named Director of Internal Audit, reporting to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for performing risk assessments of the Company's operations and the implementation of any required additional controls.

LoGiudice joins the Company with more than 18 years of risk management and internal audit experience, including five years in public accounting and consulting, focused on the financial services, bio-medical, and technology sectors, and the remainder in the private sector. He previously held positions at Sobel & Co., LLC, Hooper Holmes, Inc., and Protiviti Inc. He received his MBA from St. John's University and his BS in Business Administration from Caldwell College.
