Jazz Technologies Inc (AMEX: JAZ) reports a Q2 loss of $0.24, 8 cents better than the analyst estimate of ($0.32). Revenues for the quarter were $47.5 million, versus the consensus of $46 million.
In light of the pending merger with Tower Semiconductor, Jazz Technologies is not providing a business outlook for the third quarter of 2008.
