International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. (NYSE: IFF) named Beth E. Ford, 44, Executive Vice President, Head of Supply Chain. She will join the company on October 1st and report directly to Chairman and CEO, Robert M. Amen. Ms. Ford was most recently Chief Operating Officer for Hachette Book Group headquartered in New York City.
Before joining Hachette, Ms. Ford worked at Scholastic, Inc. (Nasdaq: SCHL) where she was a Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Information Technology from 2000-2007. Previously, she held senior supply chain, line operating and IT roles with Pepsi, McDonald’s and Mobil Oil Corporation in a career spanning more than 20 years.
