Groupon (Nasdaq: GRPN) shares are dipping at the start amid reports Thursday that the co-founders of CityDeal -- Thorsten Schröppe and Sebastian Schmidt -- have decided to leave the company.
Reports come from German blogs Gruenderszene and VentureVillage.
Groupon acquired CityDeal in 2010, tough terms of the acquisition weren't disclosed.
