Energizer Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: ENR) today announced that its Chairman Emeritus, William Stiritz, will be retiring from his position on the Board, effective at the beginning of May. Mr. Stiritz said that he is retiring because of his desire to scale back his business activities by reducing the number of boards on which he serves.
