Emerson Radio (MSN) Announces Resignation of CEO

Emerson Radio Corp. (NYSE: MSN) announced that Adrian Ma, age 66, resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer effective August 8, 2011, as well as all other positions held with the Company and any of its subsidiaries, effective the same date. Mr. Ma also resigned from the Company's Board of Directors effective August 8, 2011. Following his resignation, Mr. Ma will continue to serve Emerson Radio in a consulting capacity.
