Edward J. Lawson Resigns as Director of 21st Century Holding Company (TCHC)
21st Century Holding Company (Nasdaq: TCHC) announced that Edward J. Lawson has resigned from his position as a director for the Company effective as of September 15, 2008.
Mr. Lawson served as a member of the Board of Directors since the Company's inception in 1991 and has tendered his resignation from the Company's Board of Directors and Investment Committee. Mr. Lawson stated that he is resigning for personal reasons and does not have any disagreements with the Company.
21st Century Holding Company (21st Century) is an insurance holding company, which, through its subsidiaries and contractual relationships with independent agents and general agents, controls substantially all aspects of the insurance underwriting, distribution and claims process. [SM]
