Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc. (Nasdaq: EGLE) today announced that Adir Katzav, formerly Director of Financial Reporting, has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Katzav succeeds Mr. Alan S. Ginsberg, who has advised the Company of his decision to pursue other professional interests.
