Diane Creel Elected to EnPro (NPO) Board of Directors
EnPro Industries, Inc. (NYSE: NPO) announced that Diane C. Creel has been elected to the company's board of directors, effective yesterday.
Ms. Creel is the retired chairman, chief executive officer and president of Ecovation, Inc. In a previous position, she was the first woman to hold the chief executive position of a publicly held engineering firm in the United States, when she served as chairman, chief executive officer and president of Earth Tech, Inc. Ms. Creel is also a director of Allegheny Technologies Inc. and Goodrich Corporation.
