Diamond Foods' (Nasdaq: DMND) Chairman, CEO and President Michale Mendes and CFO Steven Neil now on "administrative leave." The company has named Zollars as the new Chairman, and will begin a search to find a new CEO and CFO. For the interim, Rick Wolford will serve as Acting President and CEO. Michael Murphy will serve as Acting CFO.
