Crawford & Company (CRD.A) Appoints W. Bruce Swain Jr. as CFO

Crawford & Company (NYSE: CRD.A) (NYSE: CRD.B), has appointed W. Bruce Swain Jr. as chief financial officer and executive vice president of the Company effective immediately.

Swain is a certified public accountant and holds bachelor's and master's degrees in accountancy from the University of Mississippi. He is a member of the American and Georgia Institutes of CPAs and Financial Executives International.
