Cleveland BioLabs, Inc. (Nasdaq: CBLI) announced that the Company's Board of Directors appointed Yakov Kogan, Ph.D., MBA, as CBLI's Chief Executive Officer. Dr. Kogan had served as interim Chief Executive Officer since January 2012.
